What is Awaken Virtual?
Awaken Virtual is a life coaching business helping you to navigate your spiritual journey.
The Journey towards enlightenment isn't something that happens overnight, in a week, or even in a month. The spiritual journey is like spring cleaning for the soul. Out with the old items that no longer serve you to make room for all that you have always dreamed of, but may have seemed out of reach.
Here at Virtual Awaken, we focus on the head & heart connection. A lot of us are living in our heads allowing the mind to always be thinking. This can cause stress, fatigue, anxiety, anger, and resentment. Once you start working from a place of love and compassion the brain will follow and everything will align. This means we focus on breaking down the barriers that keep you stuck in your old vibration. You are already starting to ascend your energy to a higher frequency, so now your thoughts and actions need to match. We do inner work and use spiritual tools that are given to help navigate you on this journey easier.
Full transparency doing the inner work isn't easy, but it's 100% worth it. It's important to remember that on this journey we are all at different points. If you see someone that has the perfect life ask yourself, what is it about that life that looks perfect? You can have those same things!
I'm here to tell you that nothing you have ever hoped or dreamed of is out of reach. Once you start to do the inner healing the good in your life will start to flow!
It's time to let go of the old outdated thinking and upgrade to a new more aligned way that works for you. Working on and healing your mind is just like how our body heals when we get a paper cut. Once we take a look at the wounds in your mind we simply let them heal on their own...no bandages, no Neosporin, no stitches. Your brain is SO POWERFUL and can heal you better than medicine can. You may be thinking, "I don't know if I want to start ripping off bandages on all my wounds?"
It's okay to be fearful, but once the healing is done, it is DONE!

Compassion, Understanding & Love- I guide you into an experience that opens your awareness to what is hiding in your subconscious memory. We use Questions and leave space for talking to help open up about what really needs healing.
